Ky program afatgjatë fillon me angazhimet e para të organizatës, fillimet e vitit 2007, si një organizatë watchdog-u në partneritet me Rrjetin e CEE Bankwatch në monitorimin e Institucioneve Financiare Ndërkombëtare (IFN) duke u bërë kështu organizata e vetme watchdog në vend dhe duke shtuar sektorin e ri të punës sonë “Pjesëmarrja dhe Informimi i Publikut”.

EDEN është partnerja shqiptare e rrjetit dhe në takimet vjetore të rrjetit secila organizatë partnere aplikon për fondin vjetor duke propozuar programin e saj vjetor kombëtar. Brenda këtij programi 5 vjeçar EDEN ka zhvilluar aksionet, aktivitetet dhe nismat e mëposhtme.
